Penny doesn�t just put on a dress, she puts on a show!
Penny�s dress has an asymmetrical silhouette with a grey ruffled silk underskirt which contrasts with the matte grey 100% wool felt dress adorned with a peacock motif with multi-layered air-brushed and embroidered felt feathers. The sleeves are three-quarter length appointed with little felt buttons.
Expressing Penny�s fun with fashion are her black and grey striped over-the-knee socks are layered over hand-dyed aqua tights and which are complemented by her black leather, side-buttoned boots. And for one more show-stopping pop of color, Penny�s hair is a bouncy curly cooper mohair wig.
